This policy explains what information MadeYourWork handles and why.

Files you process

Supported browser-first tools process selected files locally on your device. Those files are not intentionally uploaded to MadeYourWork servers. A tool that requires server processing will be clearly identified before use.

Information you provide

If you contact us, your name, contact details, subject and message are sent through the communication method you choose, such as WhatsApp or email. Those providers process information under their own policies.

Account information

When account login is activated, we may receive basic profile information such as your name, email address and provider account identifier from Google or Microsoft. We will use it for authentication, service access and account support.

Usage and advertising data

We may use analytics to understand page visits, tool usage, browser type and general location. Advertising partners such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide, measure and protect advertising. Consent choices will be provided where legally required before non-essential cookies are used.

Data retention and security

We retain contact or account information only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal obligations and service operation. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
